To make a reservation please call or write to us.
Once an agreement has been made, you will receive a provisional confirmation of your reservation from us, after which you will be asked to pay 50% of the total amount to our bank account. If this deposit is not received by the due date, the provisional reservation will no longer be valid.
You please have to inform us as soon the deposit has been made.
The rest of the payment has to be made up to the day of your arrival.
If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the reservation date, half of the 50% paid up to that point will be refunded, if cancellation is made after the 21st day before the reservation date, the full pre-payed amount will be retained by the hosts as loss compensation.
If the terms and conditions of payment are not complied with in all respects, the guarantee of the reservation will not be valid.
The accommodation is available on the day of arrival no earlier than 14:00 hrs and on the day of departure no later than 11:00 hrs.
