Occupancy by more than two adults per studio is not allowed.

Included in this rates are:
- electricity and water
- bed and towel linen (2 x weekly or as required)
- intermediate cleaning every 3 days
- wireless LAN highspeed Internet access
- operating the air conditioner (inverter) and the electric heater
- final cleaning.
Conditions
- You can ask us for availability and after to book your stay with us by phone or by e-mail.
- Once your reservation is pre-confirmed to your satisfaction, a pre-payment of 25% is requested to retain and to protect your booking. Confirmation of the reservation will be provided by us by fax, e-mail or post (usually by email). In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the reservation date the deposit will be refunded.
- You will be requested to make a second pre-payment of 25 % of the accommodation amount 21 days before the reservation date. In case of cancellation less than 21 days before the reservation date the deposit will not refund.
- Without the two pre-payments the reservation is not guaranteed.
- The final account for your stay must be settled cash at the day of departure.
The studios are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. We will endeavor to provide the guests the rooms until 2.00 pm. We ask understanding for short-term delays in exceptional circumstances.
